It's what you've been waiting for...awake at night...feverish, sweating, thinking, "What is going on with Off Machine??"

07/27/01 -- Tracking has begun! Off Machine has been so inundated with requests for a full-length CD that, after multiple pressings of the popular "May We Have Your Attention, Please," the real deal is under way. We'll post a complete song list as soon as such a thing exists, but you can be sure you'll hear the following:

The Cat
Politician
Which Way
Balance
Listen
Tapioca Tamales

On a more serious note, no shows for a few weeks. . . . Jon just underwent surgery to remove a large growth that developed next to his ego, but was thankfully not directly associated with it or an extension of it. The stitches should be out within a week, but there was a lot of scarring directly by the ego that will prevent Jon from being on stage for a little while. The rest of the guys will be tracking for the new album in the meantime, except for Dave, who went on vacation again.

07/17/01 -- In the quest for music biz gold, or at least a shot at the "Frank Zappa's Broken Guitar String Award," Off Machine has commenced sending CD's out randomly to any radio stations willing to give it a spin, including stations in Phoenix, Show Low, Albuquerque, and a city in California. No particular city, but the CD's in Cali.

All you fans looking for a way to pass a few minutes should go to MP3.com and play our music, even if you've heard it! That's cause you love it! You can also check out the action at GARAGEBAND.COM for a different perspective on the underbelly/foundations of the popular (or not-so-popular) music business. You can also watch as our singles "Dying to Believe" and "Liver" climb the Garageband.com charts.

If you should happen to read this on Tuesday 7-17 or Wednesday 7-18 before 8 pm, you should come over to Joe's Grotto at 32nd Street and Thunderbird in Phoenix to see us play four or five songs. We anticipate playing our highly anticipated and funky-as-hell song "Which Way."

07/02/01 -- We'd like to thank our most dedicated fans for coming down to Big Fish on Saturday night on short notice. You guys make it ALL WORTHWHILE!! We had a great set, including our newest song entitled "Which Way" that we learned, arranged, practiced, and performed, in a grand total of 6 days. It was AWESOME! It will certainly be included on our first full-length CD release, which is currently in pre-production. The band is on a mission, so call your local radio stations and GET US ON THE AIR! Also, check us out at MP3.com, where you can download our 4-song demo "May We Have Your Attention Please."
